Rev. David Azizian was granted ordained ministerial standing in the Armenian Evangelical Union of North America, and offered the right hand of Christian love and fellowship on June 5, 2022 at Armenian Christian Fellowship of Orange County (ACFOC), CA.

Interim Minister to the Union Rev. Hendrik Shanazarian led the Presentation and Examination of the Candidate to those assembled, declaring after the symbolic laying on of hands and the prayer of ordination, "In the name of Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, and by the authority of the AEUNA, I declare David Azizian to be ordained into the ministry of Jesus Christ and in keeping with his calling as a pastor, serving the congregation of the United Armenian Congregational Church."
The ordination service was followed by a celebratory reception. It was a joyous occasion for the ACFOC church members, Union leadership and community in general. The presence and joy of the youth of the church who surrounded their pastor after the service was noteworthy. Photo gallery:
